Why is FA Insurance merging with Arbor Insurance Group?

With challenging market conditions, along with a diminishing workforce in the insurance industry, we decided that it was critical for us to find a business partner that shares our philosophy, values, and commitment to our customers, here at FA Insurance. Arbor Insurance is a locally owned & operated company, and has been serving the Lehigh Valley for more than 60 years. We feel that we have found the perfect partner to take our agency into the future with Arbor Insurance Group.

So, what will be changing?

You will be dealing with most the of the same people that you have dealt with in the past, including Joan, Steve & Craig. Our long-time employee Susan Unger has decided to retire, which she is certainly deserving of. We would like to thank Sue for her many years of outstanding service to FA Insurance and our clients.

In addition to Joan, Steve & Craig, we have two new insurance advisors that have joined the staff in our Shillington office, Tina Miller & Peter Como.

How will this affect you and your policies with us?

None of your existing insurance policies will change. You can still contact us on our same phone number with any questions, concerns, or claims, just as you always have. If you have a need to stop in and see us, our office will still be located at the same location in Shillington.

How does our merger benefit you?

As part of Arbor, we’ll be able to offer you more options with an even broader selection of insurance products and coverages from preferred national & regional carriers. In addition, we will have more support people here to service your needs.
